Overview
This article explains how to access and use the All Documents page within the REG Network.
You’ll learn how to:
- Access the All Documents page
- Filter documents by status or type
- Understand document details and column information
- Download documents and manage document types
Accessing Add Documents
To view all documents:
- Log into the REG Network.
- Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
- Select Documents, then click All Documents.
You will be taken to the Documents: all page, where all uploaded documents are displayed by default.
Viewing & Filtering Documents
On the All Documents page:
- Documents are shown in a list view displaying all documents by default.
- To change the view, use the Status drop-down on the right-hand side of the action bar.
- Select a document type to filter the list accordingly.
Each document entry shows key details including its name, upload information, and any associated connections or links.
Understanding the Document List
The All Documents page includes the following columns:
- Document – The name of the uploaded document.
- Shared with – If populated, this links to the related Connection summary page.
- Source – Shows what the document is linked to (for example, an Exchange, task, note, or extract).
- Source title – Clicking this takes you directly to the associated item.
- Document Type – Displays the assigned document type, if set.
- Created on – Date and time the document was uploaded.
- Created by – The user who uploaded the document.
- Tags – Any tags assigned to the document.
Hovering over a document highlights associated links in blue.
Downloading Documents
To download a document:
- Hover over a document row and click on document name to reveal pdf.
- Click the Download icon
to save the file to your device.
- Open the downloaded file to view its contents.
Setting or Editing a Document Type
To manage document types:
- Hover over a document row and select the Set document type icon
.
- This opens a side panel where you can assign, edit, or unassign a document type.
- If a document type is already set, you can update it and select Save, or choose Unassign to remove it.
- Select Cancel to close the panel without making changes.
Clicking an existing document type will filter the list to show only documents with that type assigned.
