This article explains how to access and review a connection’s Persons Screening information within the REG Network.

Accessing a Connection’s Persons Screening Page
To view a connection’s Persons Screening:
Log into the REG Network.
Open the main menu (three horizontal lines top left) and navigate to My Network > Active connections.
From the Active Connections page, click on the connection card of the member you wish to review. You will be navigated to their Connection Details Summary page.
Click on Monitoring > Persons Screening.
Person Screening Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a visual overview of individuals or companies flagged by the REG team as:
Sanctioned
Politically Exposed (PEP)
Adverse Media
It shows the total number of persons in each category and the percentage of individuals that have been verified.
Persons Screening Table
The Persons Screening table summarises the status of individuals and companies related to PEPs, Sanctions, and Adverse Media. It also provides detailed information for each individual or company.
Status Descriptions
High Similarity: All data matches completely with REG’s database.
Medium Similarity: Partial data match with REG’s database.
Low Similarity: Only date of birth matches REG’s database.
Match: A match was identified either by REG’s data team or through your own investigation.
No Match: No data matched REG’s database.
Cannot Verify: Provided data is insufficient for verification. Manually added names cannot be verified by REG.
Not Verified: The check is still in progress.
Adverse Media, PEPs, and Sanctions
Users can manage reports for individuals they are monitoring. For guidance, see the following tutorials:

Companies House identification check
Users can see when an individual has completed a Companies House identity verification check.
When the individual’s row is expanded, a confirmation message will be displayed stating:
“Companies House identity verification requirements were completed.”
Label Colour Descriptions
Orange: No matches yet; reports are still under assessment.
Red: At least one report for a name has been validated by a user or the REG team.
Blue: No match found, or all reports were ignored.
