Users & Permissions

Navigate to the user management area within REG Network and invite the new user using their email address.
How many users can I add?
There’s no restriction on the number of users you can add to your account. You can scale access as needed to support your team.
A user has left our organisation. What should I do?
We recommend disabling or removing their access .
This helps maintain security and ensures account information remains accurate.
Why can't a user access certain features?
This is typically due to permissions or role settings assigned to the user account.
Business Connections
What are Business Connections?
Business Connection refers to an established, mutual link between two organisations, like a connection on LinkedIn. When one party sends a connection request and the other accepts, a business connection is formed.
This connection enables secure, permission-based access to sensitive regulatory and compliance information that is not publicly visible.
How do I send a Business Connection request?
To send a business connection go to the menu tab, which is the 3 horizontal lines top left of the screen > ‘Business Connections’ > ‘New Request’ > use the filter & select ‘Registered’ ‘Yes’ > use the top check box to select all > input a message (Please accept our connection request) > ‘SEND CONNECTION REQUEST’.
Why should I connect with other businesses?
Connected businesses can share additional information and documentation that may not be publicly available, helping to improve transparency, reduce manual administration, and enable smarter, safer, faster decision-making across the Network.
TOBAs & Document Management
Can we upload existing TOBAs?
Yes.
Existing TOBAs can be uploaded and managed within the platform.
Will REG upload our TOBAs for us?

Our team can provide guidance and support throughout the process.
