Overview
This article explains how to view and download data extracts within the REG Network.

Accessing Extracts
To view your extracts:
Log into the REG Network.
Open the Main Menu.
Navigate to My works > All extracts.
You will be taken to the Extracts page, which lists all extracts generated for downloading details of your active or archived connections.
Understanding Extract Files
Each extract is provided as an Excel file with a .xlsx extension.
Files follow this naming convention:
Network list Active YYYY-MM-DD
Network list Archived YYYY-MM-DD
These files contain details of your active or archived connections based on the extract type selected.
Filtering Extracts
Extracts can be filtered in two ways:
Click the Filter icon
to open the filter slider on the right-hand side of the page and apply available filters.
Enter keywords to filter results directly.
Sorting Extracts
The Extracts table includes the following sortable columns:
Title
Created on
Created by
Tags
To sort the list, click the down-arrow next to a column heading and select your preferred sorting option.
Downloading Extracts
To download an extract:
Hover over the relevant row.
Click the Download icon
.
Once downloaded, the file can be opened directly on your device.
