Overview
This article explains how to navigate and use the REG Portal.
You’ll learn how to:
Access the Portal and your account details
View and manage account members and users
Create and manage user groups, roles, and alert profiles
Access billing information
Accessing
To access the REG Portal:
- Log into the REG Network.
- Click your username in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select My Account from the drop-down menu.
You will be redirected to the REG Portal, where you can view and manage your account details, users, and products.
Portal Menu Options
Account
By default, the Portal opens on the Account page.
This page displays your account details and active products.
Members
- View a list of members associated with your account, including member IDs and the number of users under each member.
- Click a member name to view the associated users and their email addresses.
Users
- View all users linked to your account.
- Add and invite new users by clicking + Add.
- View user details using the View icon, which navigates back to the Members list to manage member access.
- Block users using the Block icon, which deactivates their access.
User Groups
- View all user groups or create a new group using + New User Group.
- Click a user group name to open the View User Group page, which includes three tabs:
Users Tab
- Displays each user’s name, email, status (not invited, registered, or deactivated), and active state.
- Add or remove users from the group as needed.
Roles Tab
- Shows available roles: Portal Full Access, Portal Read Only, Network Full Access, Network Read Only, and Network Read Only without document exchanges.
- Assign roles using the Add icon or remove them using the Delete icon.
- Click a role to view its associated permissions.
Alert Profile Tab
- Displays assigned alert profiles and their status.
- A green tick (✅) indicates an active profile; a red cross (❌) indicates inactive.
- Enable or disable profiles by clicking the relevant icon.
To edit user group details, click the underlined group name at the top of the page to open the Edit User Group page.
Billing
- View your billing plans, including key dates, billing zones, pricing, currency, and the number of contracted connections
- Create a new profile using + New Alert Profile.
- Enter a name and configure settings across categories including Companies House, Credit Data, Sanctions, ICO, FCA, International Firms, Regulatory & Licensing Data, and PEP Check.
- Use the two columns to either Exclude completely or Exclude from daily summary alerts only.
- Click Save to apply changes. A confirmation message will appear: “Alert profile created with success.”
- Edit or verify settings by clicking the profile name.
- Enable or disable alert profiles via User Groups > Alert Profiles by hovering over the profile and clicking the Add icon.
