Overview
This article explains how to configure the authentication method your organisation will use when logging into the REG Network, whether it’s Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) or Single Sign-On (SSO).
You’ll learn how to:
- Set up Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
- Select verification factors for MFA
- Set up Single Sign-On (SSO)
Launch Date
MFA and SSO functionality will be available from Monday 13th April 2026. If you do not yet see these options in your account, they may not have been released to you yet.
Setting Up Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
- Log into the REG Network
- Click the profile icon (initials top right) to open the account menu.
- Select My Account to open the Portal.
- On the Account Details page, click Set authentication type.
- In the Authentication type dropdown, select Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).
- Choose the verification factors you want your users to use.
- Click Submit to complete the setup.

Setting Up Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Complete steps 1–4 above.
- In the Authentication type dropdown, select Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Click Submit to complete the setup.
