Overview
This article explains how to request statements from your business connections and how to view and manage those requests within the REG Network.
You’ll learn how to:
- Access the Statements Requested page
- Request statements from connections
- View, sort, and filter statement requests
- Navigate to related connection details
Accessing Statements Requested
To view your statement requests:
Log into the REG Network.
Open the main menu.
Select Statements, then click Requests.
You will be taken to the Statements Requested page, where all your submitted requests are displayed.
Viewing & Managing Statement Requests
On the Statements Requested page:
By default, the list shows Company Details statement requests.
Use the drop-down on the right-hand side of the action bar to switch between different statement types.
Each option in the drop-down represents a different statement type you can request.
The list includes the following columns:
Connection – The business connection the statement was requested from
Done On – The date the statement was completed (if applicable)
Requested On – The date the request was submitted
Requested By – The user who made the request
All columns can be sorted using the adjacent down-arrow.
Hovering over a row highlights available links in blue.
Clicking the connection name opens the Connection details summary page.
