Overview
This article explains how to view your business connections’ published statements and how to request that a connection creates or updates a statement within the REG Network.
You’ll learn how to:

Accessing Business Connections’ Statements
To access your connections’ statements:
Log into the REG Network.
Open the main menu.
Select Statements, then click Connections’ Statements.
You will be taken to the Business Connections’ Statements page.
Viewing Published Statements
On the Business Connections’ Statements page:
- All statements are displayed by default.
- The list includes the following columns:
– Connection
– Name
– Category
– Published On
– Expiry date Each column can be sorted using the adjacent down-arrow.
You can filter statements using keyword search.
Use the drop-down on the right-hand side of the action bar to filter by statement type. Each option represents a different statement type.
Hovering over a row reveals available actions and links.
Clicking the Connection name opens the connection’s statement details page, where you can view the full statement.
Requesting a New or Updated Statement
To request that a business connection creates or updates a statement:
From the Business Connections’ Statements page:
Hover over a statement row and click the Request an update
icon.
A pop-up window will open.
Enter the mandatory note.
Click Send request.
A confirmation message will appear:
“Statement requested with success.”
