The REG Resource Centre is designed to help you get the most out of the REG Network by providing quick access to onboarding guidance, support resources, and opportunities to share feedback.
From the Resource Centre, you can:
- Access guided onboarding resources to help you get started with REG
- Search the Knowledge Hub for articles, guides, and tutorials
- Submit ideas and feature suggestions through REG Ideas
- Stay informed and find support when you need it
Accessing the REG Resource Centre
To access the REG Resource Centre:
- Select the
icon top-right of the screen).
The Resource Centre contains three key sections designed to support your REG experience.
Get Started with REG
The Get Started with REG section provides structured onboarding guides designed to help users understand and navigate the key areas of the REG Network.
Within this section, you can access guided walkthroughs for:
- Welcome to the REG Network – An introduction to the platform and its core functionality.
- REG Dashboard – Learn how to interpret and use the information available on your dashboard.
- Active Connections – Understand how to manage, monitor, and interact with your connections.
- Business Connections – Learn how to create, manage, and maintain business relationships within the Network.
- Alerts & Notifications – Discover how alerts work and how to stay informed about important changes affecting your network.
Each guide is broken down into a series of steps, with progress tracked as you work through the content. This allows you to easily see which sections have been completed and which remain outstanding.
The Get Started with REG area is particularly useful for new users looking to familiarise themselves with the platform, but can also be used as a refresher by existing users.
Support
The Support section provides quick access to resources designed to help you get the most out of the REG Network.

REG Ideas
The REG Ideas section allows users to contribute feedback and help shape future platform developments.
Within REG Ideas, you can:
