A Registered status indicates whether an organisation has actively chosen to register on the REG Network and set up their own account, including named users and access to the platform.
This is not just about whether the entity exists in the system, but whether they have personally registered and engaged with the Network.
Registered: Yes
A “Yes” means the organisation has formally registered on the REG Network.
This indicates:
- The organisation has actively signed up to the platform
- Named users have been created and assigned access
- They can manage their profile, connections, and settings directly
- They have active /user(s) within the Network
This confirms the organisation is directly engaged with the REG Network rather than being passively listed.
Registered: No
A “No” means the organisation has not personally registered on the REG Network.
This indicates:
- No named user(s) have been created by the organisation
- Any presence in the system is not user-managed or self-maintained
- They cannot directly access or control their Network profile
- Any data shown is external or system-generated rather than user-owned
This simply reflects that the organisation has not yet registered to the Network.
Why This Distinction Is Used
The Registered (Yes/No) status is used to clearly separate organisations that are actively using the REG Network from those that are only present in a passive or unregistered capacity. It helps ensure clarity around engagement, ownership, and platform participation.
