Overview
From your Active Connections page, you can add, extract, order, and filter connections, as well as view key information. Here you’ll learn how to:

Active Connections Page
To access your Active Connections page:
Select the menu tab (three horizontal lines in the top-left corner), then My Network, and finally Active Connections.
Once on the page:
Click the Expand Cards (Expand cards) button to view additional details for each connection.
These are the companies you have chosen to monitor. Each connection in your list has a “Business Card” which, when expanded, displays high-level information including their Companies House number (for UK companies), FCA number, and Credit Risk Description.
The cards are RAG rated, with the outer band color indicating the connection’s credit status.
Card View & List View
You can switch between Card View and List View to manage your connections.
List View presents information in a spreadsheet-style layout, showing additional details such as registered addresses, regulatory status, credit scores, and more. This view mirrors the data extract you can download for use outside the Network.
Connection Cards Overview
Clicking a connection’s name on a card will take you to the Connection Details Summary page.
Left-Hand Edge Colour Scheme:
Pink – Manual connection (not monitored)
Light Blue – Receive-only business link
Dark Green – Very low credit scorea
Light Green – Low credit score
Yellow – Moderate credit score
Red – Very high credit score
Grey – N/A or not rated
Flags
Each connection displays a flag icon indicating the country of the connection.
Tags
Tag assigned – the connection has been allocated one or more tags.
No tag – the connection has not been assigned any tags.
Business Connection Status Icons
No business connection request – click the icon to send a request.
Is a business connection – the connection is active.
Business connection terminated – the connection has been ended.
Outgoing request pending – a request you sent is awaiting a response.
Outgoing request rejected – a request you sent has been rejected.
Incoming request pending – a request you received is awaiting your response.
Incoming request rejected – a request you received has been rejected.
Filtering Connections
To locate a specific company, enter its name in the Filter by keyword box.
To search for groups or apply more advanced filters, click the Filter icon and make your selections accordingly.
Extracting Connections
In List View, you have two extraction options:
- Extract – downloads all connection information.
- Extract Current Page – downloads connection information based on any filters currently applied.
Add Connection(s)
To add new connections:
Select +Add connection
Select the country of the company you wish to add.
Start by searching for the company entering its name. For more accurate results, you can enter the company’s registration or regulatory number. Use the FCA or Companies House number for UK companies, or the relevant local registration number for international companies.
Hover over the required company from the search results.
Click the + Add Connection button.
Confirm your selection.

Ordering Connections
To change the order in which your connections are displayed:
Click the Order By (Order by) button to open the dropdown menu.
Select your preferred sorting option from the list.”
