Overview
This article explains how to add a new connection within the REG Network.
You’ll learn how to:
Access the Add connection page
Search for a company using available criteria
Add a connection from search results
Request a connection if it cannot be found
Accessing Add Connection
To add a new connection:
Log into the REG Network.
Select the menu tab (3 horizontal lines top left)
Select My Network > Active connections
Click + Add Connection.
You will be taken to the Add connection page.
Searching for a Company
On the Add connection page:
Select the Country from the dropdown list.
Enter one of the following search criteria:
registered Name
Address
FCA number
Companies House number
Search results will appear beneath the search area.
Results are displayed across two tabs:
FCA Search
Corporate Search
The number of results returned for each search is shown in brackets on each tab.
Adding a Connection
To add a connection from the results list:
Hover over a company to reveal the Add icon
.
Click the Add icon, then select Confirm.
A message will display confirming:
“We are now working on adding this connection for you.”
Once added, the connection will appear on your Active connections page.
Requesting a Connection
If the company you are searching for cannot be found in the REG database, you can request the connection by completing the request form provided on the page.
