Overview
This article explains how to add a manual connection within the REG Network.
You’ll learn how to:
Access the Add manual connection page
Create a manual connection
View and manage a newly added manual connection
Convert a manual connection to a monitored connection
Accessing Add Manual Connection
To add a manual connection:
Log into the REG Network
Select the menu tab (3 horizontal lines top left)
Select My Network > Active connections
Click + Add connection
Select the add it manually link
You will be taken to the Add manual connection page.
Creating a Manual Connection
On the Add manual connection page:
Select the Country (mandatory field) by typing and choosing from the dropdown list.
Enter the Company name of the connection (mandatory field).
Click Save connection.
A confirmation message will display:
“Connection created.”
You will then be redirected to the Connection details page for the newly created manual connection.
Viewing the Manual Connection
To view the new manual connection:
Navigate to Active connections.
The newly added manual connection will now be displayed in the list.
Clicking the connection name will redirect you to the connection’s details page.
Converting to a Monitored Connection
From the Active connections page:
Click Expand cards to open the connection card.
Select Convert to monitored connection if you wish to begin monitoring this connection.
