Overview
This article explains how to add multiple connections within the REG Network using a CSV file.
You’ll learn how to:
Prepare a CSV file for bulk uploads
Access the Add multiple connections page
Upload and submit a connections file
Track the status of your upload
View successfully added connections
Pre-requisite
Before adding multiple connections, prepare a CSV file containing the required identifiers for each company:
UK companies:
Include FCA Registration Numbers (FRNs) from the FCA Register or Company Registration Numbers from Companies House.Non-UK companies:
Include Incorporation numbers for each company.
Ensure all identifiers are entered correctly before uploading the file.
Accessing Add Multiple Connections
To add multiple connections:
Log into the REG Network.
Select the menu tab (3 horizontal lines top left)
Select My Network > Active connections
Click + Add connection
Select the List of connections link
You will be taken to the Add multiple connections page.
Adding Multiple Connections
On the Add multiple connections page:
Select the Country (mandatory field) by typing and choosing from the dropdown list.
Optionally, add Tags if required.
If United Kingdom is selected, an additional Identifier field will appear.
Select either FCA or Companies House.Upload your CSV file by clicking the Upload CSV file area or by dragging and dropping the file into the upload area.
Once uploaded, the file details will be displayed. If the wrong file has been uploaded, click Remove file and repeat the upload process.
Submitting the Upload
To submit the file:
Click Upload connections file.
Select Confirm.
You will be redirected to the Imports page and a temporary message will display:
“File added with success.”
Initially, the status will show as Not started and the Member name field will be blank.
Refresh the page and the status will update to Succeeded, with member details populated.
Viewing Added Connections
Once the upload has completed successfully:
Navigate to My Network > Active connections to view the newly added connections.
Clicking on a connection name will redirect you to its Connection details page.
To view all past uploads, navigate to My Network > Imports. From here, you can filter, sort, and scroll through each import. Selecting a connection name will take you directly to its connection details.
