This article explains how to view and manage archived connections within the REG Network.

Accessing Archived Connections
To view archived connections:
Log into the REG Network
Open the Main Menu
Navigate to My Network > Archived connections
You will be taken to the Archived connections page, where all archived connections are displayed.
Understanding Archived Connection Cards
Each archived connection is displayed as a card showing:
The connection name
The connection location
Archived connection cards include the following icons:
Unarchive icon
. Selecting this allows you to unarchive the connection. Once confirmed, the connection will be moved back to your Active connections page.
Billing icon
. This indicates whether the connection is currently billable:
Dark blue
– You are being charged for this connection
Light grey
– You are not being charged for this connection
You can view additional information by selecting Expand cards (Expand). Expanded cards also display any tags associated with the connection.
Viewing Connection Creation Date
There are two ways to see when an archived connection was created:
Click the connection name to open the Connection details summary page.
Select the Unarchive connection option from the connection menu. This will display how long ago the connection was created. You can select Cancel if you do not wish to unarchive the connection.
Ordering Archived Connections
To change the order of archived connections:
Click Order by button
Select your preferred ordering option from the dropdown list.
Filtering Archived Connections
Archived connections can be filtered in two ways:
Enter keywords into the search field to automatically filter matching results.
Click the Filter icon
to open the filter slider on the right-hand side of the page.
Within the filter slider, you can apply relevant filters. The Clear filter and Close
options are located in the top-right corner of the slider.
General Rules for Connection Cards
Selecting a connection name will redirect you to the Connection details summary page. From here, you can view information related to the connection, including alerts, contacts, exchanges sent and received, and any associated tasks, notes, and documents.
