Overview
This article explains how to view and manage Exchange statuses in the REG Network. Follow the steps below to understand how ERxchanges are organised and how to update them.
Log In & Access Sent Exchanges
Log into the REG Network.
Select the menu tab (3 horizontal lines top left)
From the main menu, click Exchanges, then select Sent.
You will be taken to the Sent Exchanges page.
Understand the Sent Exchanges Page
On this page, you can view key details about each Exchange, including:
Subject
Status
Expiry date
Last update on
Tags
Response progress
Filter by Status
REG Exchanges are organised by status. There are 9 status types:
Cancelled
Completed
Draft
Expired
Open
Partially completed
Rejected
Sending
Withdrawn
By default, the system displays All document exchanges.
To change the view:
Click the status
dropdown.
Select Filter by.
Select the status you wish to view
Status Definitions
Cancelled
Document exchanges that were cancelled before completion. This status shows the cancellation date.Completed
Completed exchanges. This view shows the subject, whether acceptance was required, responses, files, tags, and the date the exchange was completed and closed.Draft
Document exchanges you have started but not yet sent.Expired
Document exchanges that were not accepted and closed before the expiry date.Open
Active document exchanges that have not yet been accepted, rejected, withdrawn, or expired.- Partially Completed
Document exchanges where at least one recipient has responded, but not all required responses have been received. Rejected
Document exchanges that have been declined by one or more recipients. This status shows the rejection date.Sending
Document exchanges that are in the process of being sent to recipients and are not yet fully delivered.Withdrawn
Document exchanges you sent but withdrew before receiving a response. This status shows the withdrawal date.
Update an Expiry Date (Open Exchanges Only)
You can update the Reminder date for document exchanges with an Open status.
To do this:
Filter by Open
Click the subject link of the relevant document exchange
On the View Exchange page, click the calendar fields
Select the new expiry date
