Overview
REG Exchanges allows you to securely receive, review, and respond to documents sent to you. You can view messages, download attachments, sign documents, reply to queries, or reject exchanges. This guide explains how to navigate and complete your document exchanges efficiently.
Receiving an Exchange
You will receive an email from REG, titled ‘Document(s) Received’. This email notifies you that an Exchange is ready for your review.
Accessing the Exchange
Click the Login to REG Network button in the email.
Enter your username and password, then click Login.
You will be redirected to the Document Exchange page.
Alternatively:
Once logged in, click the menu icon (
) at the top left to open the page.
Select Exchanges > Received.
You will see a list of all received Exchanges.
Viewing Received Open Exchanges
Use the status drop-down on the right-hand side of the actions bar (e.g.,
) and select Open.
Click the title of the document exchange (under Exchange subject) you want to view.
You will be taken to the Received Exchange Details page, where you can:
View messages from the sender.
View attachments under Documents by clicking the download icon
(these will download to your device).
Actions You Can Take
NEXT (Sign/Accept the Exchange)
In the popup, fill in your details. The signature name field is mandatory. If you haven’t already done so, you’ll need to create your signature credentials.
Click the X .The signed document is attached to the thread and sent back to the sender.
The Exchange status is updated to Completed and automatically changes to Closed.
Acknowledge document
When a document exchange is labelled ‘No Action Required’, this means that no signature is required. This is commonly the case for assumptive ToBAs. If you would like to confirm that the document has been received and read:
- Open the relevant document exchange from your Received list.
- Review the message and any attached documents.
- Click ACKNOWLEDGE DOCUMENT.
Selecting Acknowledge Document will notify the sender that the document has been received/read and will automatically update the status of the exchange to Completed.
Reject (REJECT EXCHANGE)
Click
if you do not agree with the document.
You can send a message to the sender advising them of the reason for the rejection.
Enter your reasoning in the message field and attach any supporting documents if required, then click
.
Reply (REPLY)
Click REPLY to respond to the sender before signing.
Type your message and attach any documents if needed.
You can assign a document type to attachments by clicking the document type icon ().
Click SEND to submit your message.
After Completion
Once the document exchange is completed, click on the attachment file name to open, verify, and download a copy for your records.
